RenateHartman.com processes personal data of its customers, prospects and other contact persons. We do this to help our customers as best we can and to achieve our goals. In this privacy statement we explain why and how we process your personal data.

This privacy statement applies to all our processing operations - even if we process personal data together with other parties (for example, in the case of sending invoices). A small part of our processing is required by law. This mainly concerns personal data that is necessary to comply with our tax obligation.

Member administration and services

In our membership administration we keep track of all prospects and customers of RenateHartman.com, along with the relevant contact persons. We keep various personal data of contact persons in order to perform our (free) services and products as optimally as possible. For example, we keep track of contact details to:

To deliver our (free) products (pdf downloads) and services (online courses) that you have purchased.
To handle your registration and / or payment after you have purchased a product or service;
To be able to call or email you if necessary to perform the service you have purchased.
To inform you about (changes to) our services and products that you have previously purchased. You can always unsubscribe from this via a link in the email.

Would you like to contact us? We can be reached through various channels, such as: telephone, post, e-mail, Facebook. To make this possible, we also process personal data.

Newsletters and mailings

You can register with us for various newsletters and mailing lists. Sometimes these newsletters are personalized based on certain actions you have taken. Consider, for example, certain campaigns about our products and services.

Recruitment (marketing)

RenateHartman.com. does not make decisions based on automated processing (algorithms) that can have adverse consequences for you.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Information and access: of course you can see which of your personal data we process. We are happy to tell you more about how and why we process that data.
Rectification: do you feel that we have wrong information about you? Let us know and we will adjust it.
Oblivion: you can delete the personal data we have about you. We may still have to process that data for other purposes (administration or deduplication, for example).
Restriction: if you feel that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or incorrectly, you can also have that processing restricted.
Objection (objection): you can submit an objection for the processing of your personal data. Is it about marketing? Then we will end that processing as soon as possible.
Transferability: this is a new right under the GDPR to transfer your personal data or have it transferred. If you want to make use of this, please contact us.

Withdraw consent: for example to receive e-mailings. If you want to withdraw consent for another processing, you can contact us. This can be done via info@renatehartman.com.
Submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP): do you think we are not acting in accordance with privacy legislation? Then of course we would like to hear from you. You can also file a complaint about this with the AP after May 25, 2018. At the moment you can only tip the AP via this form.

HOW LONG RENATEHARTMAN.COM STORES YOUR PERSONAL DATA

SHARING PERSONAL DATA BY RENATEHARTMAN.COM WITH THIRD PARTIES

SUPPLIERS

We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to guarantee the same level of security and to safeguard the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing operations. We use the following suppliers who process personal data on behalf of RenateHartman.com, with whom each processing agreement has been concluded: META (Facebook/Instagram), Google, MailChimp, Wix.com and Adpage.io

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We have entered into a processor agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is anonymized and encrypted. The so-called 'data sharing' with Google is turned off. Finally, we do not use the Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services.
