PREFACE processes personal data of its customers, prospects and other contact persons. We do this to help our customers as best we can and to achieve our goals. In this privacy statement we explain why and how we process your personal data.

We consider your privacy very important and ensure that the personal data you share with us is handled with care. This privacy statement applies to all our processing operations - even if we process personal data together with other parties (for example, in the case of sending invoices). In this privacy statement we would like to explain how we handle your personal data carefully.


We process your personal data because you use our (free) services (pdf download and our products (online training courses) and / or because you provide this information to us yourself. An example of the latter is registering for the free pdf download (planner).

This website, (free) services and products do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. For what purpose does process personal data. We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Legal requirements

A small part of our processing is required by law. This mainly concerns personal data that is necessary to comply with our tax obligation.

  • Member administration and services

In our membership administration we keep track of all prospects and customers of, along with the relevant contact persons. We keep various personal data of contact persons in order to perform our (free) services and products as optimally as possible. For example, we keep track of contact details to:

  • To deliver our (free) products (pdf downloads) and services (online courses) that you have purchased.

  • To handle your registration and / or payment after you have purchased a product or service;

  • To be able to call or email you if necessary to perform the service you have purchased.

  • To inform you about (changes to) our services and products that you have previously purchased. You can always unsubscribe from this via a link in the email.

Would you like to contact us? We can be reached through various channels, such as: telephone, post, e-mail, Facebook. To make this possible, we also process personal data.

  • Newsletters and mailings

You can register with us for various newsletters and mailing lists. Sometimes these newsletters are personalized based on certain actions you have taken. Consider, for example, certain campaigns about our products and services.

You always have the option to adjust your preferences for receiving newsletters and emails. If you do not want to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of each email.

  • Privacy guarantee

In order to be able to conduct, send and assess the audits of the Privacy Guarantee, contact details are processed.

  • Recruitment (marketing)

In order to maintain contact with everyone, we also process their contact details and areas of interest about our products. We also process personal data for campaigns for (free) services and products of (and related campaigns). For example, IP address, cookie ID, social ID and / or surfing behavior. We do this to show the most relevant advertisement in the right places.

In addition, we use 'adapted target groups via Facebook for Consider, for example, 'adjusted target groups' based on the behavior on our website or based on an e-mail address. E-mail addresses are provided and anonymized to create target groups that we want to approach with our advertisements via Facebook. We then receive reports on this with anonymised data.   • Improvement of services

We also keep personal data for the improvement of our services. For example: Conversion rates and open rates to see how relevant our emails (newsletters) or Messenger Bots are.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING does not make decisions based on automated processing (algorithms) that can have adverse consequences for you.

  • Information and access: of course you can see which of your personal data we process. We are happy to tell you more about how and why we process that data.

  • Rectification: do you feel that we have wrong information about you? Let us know and we will adjust it.

  • Oblivion: you can delete the personal data we have about you. We may still have to process that data for other purposes (administration or deduplication, for example).

  • Restriction: if you feel that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or incorrectly, you can also have that processing restricted.

  • Objection (objection): you can submit an objection for the processing of your personal data. Is it about marketing? Then we will end that processing as soon as possible.

  • Transferability: this is a new right under the GDPR to transfer your personal data or have it transferred. If you want to make use of this, please contact us.

As explained above, we process some data for the performance of a legal obligation, some for the performance of an agreement and most for the performance of's legitimate interest: to carry out our objective. We share your personal data with business partners and third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We also provide your personal data to third parties in some other cases, but we only do this with your explicit consent.


We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to guarantee the same level of security and to safeguard the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing operations. We use the following suppliers who process personal data on behalf of, with whom each processing agreement has been concluded: META (Facebook/Instagram), Google, MailChimp, and



We have entered into a processor agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is anonymized and encrypted. The so-called 'data sharing' with Google is turned off. Finally, we do not use the Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services.
